Welcome to Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd

Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd is a social housing organisation set up following a successful ballot of Council home tenants in March 2009.

Since the 12th of April 2010 Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd owns and manages all homes which used to belong to Gwynedd Council.

We will provide affordable, high quality homes and services to our tenants and will strive to protect and develop the culture and heritage of the communities we serve.
